What is Mental Health?

Mental health is a broad term that includes one's social, emotional and psychological wellbeing, enabling them to cope with life’s stresses and function on a day-to-day basis. Sadly, this isn’t the case for one-in-five Australians (National Health Study), who must struggle with some form of mental condition that prevents them from performing their best in their hobbies or commitments, such as: school, work, or finding motivation at home.
